I sort of see what your getting at, but what is the HINOS reference in ODST?

Hinos is a company in New Mombasa.  Here are the images in our image gallery and here is more info from the haloped.  We had discussed Hinos before on here, but I should have provided more background.

The link brings me to here http:/// which ofcourse is nothing. Ill find it in the gallery and fix the link in this post.

EDIT: fixed it in the quote. Shows both HINOS pics.

 I felt I should bring something up with the winter contingecy BoB. Every single time I played the level it was always in the same spot. When the challenge for killing one came up it was not there. Is there something to this?

Nader continued running towards the place he believed the gunshot came from. Water splashed under his feet as he passed a river. He tripped over something, flying through the air he saw the glint of armor, shortly before his head met with a very angry rock. He fell to the ground unconcious.

That is something I didn't think of...The latter one, I mean.
As it has been discussed, Halsey theorizes the possibility of an AI triumvirate, that would make the decisions together trough a vote. She said that "Increase to the trio's lifespan is unknown", so an indefinite lifespan could be possible...
However, in one of the datapads, one of the members of the Assembly is accused of being rampart. How is this possible if they have overcome rampancy?

For a moment, I had a theory, put I just then proved myself stupid. Any more ideas?

(Cloning might be possible, but shouldn't have the UNSC found that out if it was?)

Perhaps it allowed itself to become rampant in order to gain more knowlegde(?). Just spit balling

i believe they make copies of themselves. Or with the combined knowledge of the assembly overcame (?) rampancy.
