Title: Cinematic Glitching? It's back.

Me and 'asm were out on winter contingency, and figured out it works in Reach too. (http://www.bungie.net/Stats/Reach/FileDetails.aspx?fid=15091431&player=Phantasm2008)

We actually lagged out tons of sound effects, and reduced the frame rate by A LOT.

Kind of saw it coming...But with these rendered videos, it could be taken to a whole new level! :D
