The video for this terminal was debuted as part of the Halo Universe Panel at Halo Fest during PAX Prime 2011.

The location of this terminal was shown, I believe, in the below video.

It's at about 2:19, looks like the level Halo but it's hard to say for sure.  It appears to be just inside the "cave that is not a natural formation", before the jump.

I really hope they put that their just so they could show what a Terminal is, and are changing it to somewhere harder later. I thought they said the Terminals were hard to find?

Nope, that's where it is. From what I can tell, it seems Terminals are to Audio Logs as the skulls are to skulls in previous Halo games. Terminals are easier to find, especially when they are flashing and jumping out at you, while skulls are much more subtle and harder to find.
