Notable Comments:
The aesthetics match no earlier skull. There is a possibility that the skull is the new IWHBYD skull, bearing no arc over it and thus being a "Silver skull". The mark in the middle could also suggest some kind of a explosion boost, but that is quite unlikely, since the Boom already does that.

Insane Monx:
This skull causes melees to enemy to make them drop grenades. I don't know if they must die in order to drop grenades or if it is with each melee.
