I read this from your article about the banners that change while your in the same district... Have you thought about whatching them change in theater? When your character is running around you could sit and stare at a banner you know changed wihle you were there...
As for screens... The television screens that display various things...
I noticed first in Data Hive that some screens will show one thing, but when you get close, it shows something else...
Just a thought...
EDIT: I found a ...thing... last night (now that I think about it). It's this like directory kinda banner... it's small and a tad out of the way. On it there is 5 numbers and letters (that is 2 letters, 3 numbers).
Its ordered like this. (I cant recall the numbers or letters involved though, ill check it and get a pic)
1a
a1
1
something like that. If you want directions all I can remember is that it is near a dead marine with a shotgun. The marine was at the end of a hall of sorts. (not to be confused with the shotgun near Dares helmet.)

Yes.. I have seen that a couple of times near security cameras. At first I thought it was going to be an ID of the camera like we see in the SI's view. Turned out that they all had the same code. If you wanna collect pics of them then that would be a nice addition to the "numbers" album!

well here is just the one so far...

It's probably nothing, but it's never bad to be overprepared...

Posted to the gallery... thanks, Kenji!

Some of the screens in the game changing..
I knew from the get go that SI helps you through the maps in several ways, and it ends up one is when screens and displays change and say "detour" and "keep right" etc.
Just in the streets, it seems as if nothing useful is on them before the "change" and nothing about the after is helpful, in a clandestine way, at all.

I found a screen, that when veiwed from afar, it was different. When in theater mode, I got up real close to it and I noticed numbers in the background of the image...
Probably nothing, but mankind never made progress ignoring any possibility. I'll look into it as I can remember what it looked like when I see at. That way you guys aren't looking at every sign at every moment... Hmm that may not be a bad idea... I'm kidding, well, sort of.

About that screenshot Kenji posted, when I first looked at it I immediately connected the numbers (9, 7, 2) with the blacked out areas, as all three (unless I am mistaken) are completely or partially blocked off.

I think this a very good piont.

Any idias about the A and B?
-
I am afraid not.

totaly did not even THINK about the districts! Those number things are in random places all over now that I have poked around more... wow good thought. pipe up if you come across any other random number to district Idea!

For that matter, there is at least one other sign that has caught my eye, I'll have to get a screen later, but it appears to be a circle white outline, black interior, being eclipsed by another circle (solid white). If I recall, there is a 2 to the left of these circles. Not sure what the significance of such a sign would be (it seems rather vague for a sign you would find on the street).
-
wow...I don't think I've seen anything close to this. Do you mind seeing if you could post a pic?
-
Yeah, gladly. I'm away from my xbox at the moment, but I should be able to get a screenshot up within an hour or so. (also, I don't remember it's exact location, so I may have to search around a bit)

Alright, here are a couple shots of that weird sign I was talking about:

Seen these all over, too. Please name it, JSM26, and I'll Arkive it.
-
Hm, never thought what I would call it.
Still reminds me of an eclipse, so I guess that's what I'll call it.

Love it! Both photos in their own sub-album here (http://www.gruntspajamas.com/gallery/main.php?g2_itemId=480).

When I saw those Eclipes signs, I thought it meant carbondioxide. Well, as I later Figured out, carbondioxide is CO2, not C2O.
So, C2O it is then, I thought. But what's that? Wikipedia says It is dicarbon monoxide (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C2O), moreover (the en.wikipedia won't tell this, I found this from my coyntrys wiki [Finland]) it is instellar medium, the gasstuff in the "empty" space.
Don't know what it could mean, perhaps something to do with NM Spacelift(or what ever it is)?

That's actually pretty interesting because of a vidscreen display I saw in the NMPD HQ. I'll have to go find that now.
