I have not seen enemies instinctively get on vehicles.  As a matter of fact, on ODST, if a brute hijacks you, it will immediately jump back off of the vehicle, IIRC.

Nevertheless, it's worth a shot.

But none the less, it would be a trigger. Obviously the Elite does not share the exact same characteristics as alive AI. Something would trigger a true resurrection.

As I said, it's worth a shot.  However, I don't have high expectations.  I have been proven wrong before, though.
