Notable Comments:
The look of the skull is new, but the Eyepatch on it suggests that it might be the Blind skull, seen earlier in the series. It is to be noted, though, that unlike in earlier games, the skull DOES have an arc over it, implying that 343 has, perhaps, agreed that it should be a "Gold skull" rather than Silver.

This skull causes the autoaim feature to be disabled for all weapons.
