The ERR THREAD data element (DE:ET) appears is defined at the following:

This was referred to as a "thread dump" on B.net in the B.Net Official Hidden Wallpapers Thread (http://seventhcolumn.bungie.net/forums/posts.aspx?postID=23473945&viewreplies=true&postRepeater1-p=1) and the structure of the data was accurately identified as an x86 (80386 or later) register dump.  (I've done enough x86 assembly coding to confirm this myself.)

In the coding on the right side of 04, You can see the text "LAX1/6/09", and the context seems to refer to a thread in a forum.
[edit] I was gonna start adding more (Infact, I've been making a list of things since you've asked me to look into this], and decided it would be to chaotic...I'll try posting stuff when the Backgrounds are organized threads, lol. There's a -ton- of info on each.
