Title: "Terra Incognita" ViDoc
Post by: thebraino on December 08, 2009, 22:18:13
I missed out on that ViDoc, but ColdGlider's post over here (http://www.gruntspajamas.com/forum/index.php?topic=410.0) pointed out some of the Design images (http://www.gruntspajamas.com/gallery/v/SGP/maps/). I think it'd be interesting to take a look at the notes taken, because some of the unlocks and such were probably kept.

White area are the streets/walkable (took me awhile, lol)

ViDoc Design01:
To me, this one is just more intreging overall:
Looks to be D00

Red dots with Orange highlights seem to be Beacon waypoints
Black dot with Purple highlights- ____
Red dot with Green highlight- ____
Black dot- _____
Has special attention to SL150 (last beacon), is referred to as 'Beacon Control', and has a list at the bottom right listing L150's 'end conditions'

Top Middle looks to have a set of conditions for each Beacon (SC1XX), the only obvious one is the SC130: 20 Set_100.ONI, which obviously goes to the ONI building.

ViDoc Design02:
Looks to be D05
Four labeled 'doors' than unlock
lines showing Door 3 and 4 'Unlock after SC100', which seems to be the name of the first Mission, not sure about what Door 1 says.

Ok, I've gone to the main site and taken videocaps from the 720p version, they're a bit easier to read.

Thanks, so much Braino!  I'll upload I have uploaded these to the Image Gallery.  They are in a new album called "Bungie Maps" and can be viewed here (http://www.gruntspajamas.com/gallery/v/SGP/maps/bungie/).  I removed my older (inferior) ones.
