That got locked so i couldn't put that there, but Enigma makes a great point. He says that all cops may have a direct connection to the superintendent, and since the super got shut down it has nothing to say but "system failure". So my theory is, maybe once we have the engineer in our possession, if we find a cop, dead or alive the visor may say something different. Does anyone know if theres a cop in data hive or coastal highway when we have the engineer? I think at the start of coastal highway there is either a marine or a cop downed next to a sniper.

i can check on it but would they really get a worthless update onto their visr they were working for the bad guy after all
