I actually like trying to remake my favorite maps from other games.
Starcraft, Lost Planet 2, ESIV: Oblivion, Monster Hunter. Whatever It would be fun!
I want to try to remake some of the FF maps from ODST. I know we cant forge FF, but it would be fun to have different game types on those maps...

I hope they release DLC that is new stuff for forge.
Some of my list of wants:
-Weather conditions - Fight in rain, fog, snow, day, or night. Enjoy the challenge of reduced vision and suprise attacks!
-Different terrain and object skins - Not everything needs to look nice. Fight in ancient temples in desert wastelands or in covenent ships! Siege the base in the jungle ruins or defend your fortress in the snowdrifts!
-More objects! (It pretty much explains itself)

Im good with map making but only the crazy ones.
Im gonna remake my raining explosions map.

Ill hit the drawing board though. See what I come up with.

Sprint and Jets....

Sprint isnt for the spartans... I like rolling as the elites! like omfg rockets! *roll* :D

As for Jets? well, like sprint, Im all about mobility on the battlefield. Anything that gets me anywhere faster is win in my book.

Two things.

1: Just because there are runes are in the game doesn't make it evil in anyway... I know a bit about runes and from my immediate knowledge (Dont feel like grabbing books) They are used in several ways... From religion to war to protection to helping you cook. (yes it happens).

2: We should probably play through all the levels in halo 2 and 3 (the ones on earth anyway) and see if we can find any of the askalon symbols... maybe some sort of wierd backwards connection?

2-.5: I haven't seen anything in odst that urked me to thumb through one of my books but I'll play around in the game and look again.

The AI might be programmed to stay in the district they spawn in (in the hunters case, when the script tells them to stop running). The brutes going aggro might overwrite the script though...

Maybe it's not plinths? Maybe plinths are for decoration and there is some other totaly awesome thing that we overlooked... Like elites or a certain weapon.

I dont know I just woke up from a bad nightmare that had to do with zombies and dark stuff...

The company currently only offers sevices for Mongoose(s) but may soon extend to warthogs and even purple! All for the low low price of hundreds of replicated soldiers' lives!

Couldn't tell ya, but a lot of the books have continuity errors throughout them. Maybe it was just an oversight?

Two things...
One: Imppa, stand on a fusion coil and 'nade that... That will throw you a ways up.
Two: Cold Glider, I had a thougt just now. What about a map for all bumpable and/or Mongoose trick doors. Your color coding is nice. This map would need three colors; Mongoose only, Bump only, and Both.

I'm wondering if one was able to get out of the map and into an area that one would normaly be able to traverse. If everything would still be there and if loading sequences would function as normal or if everything would be like it is when you get into a dark district.

MS would be great to explore like that. Is it daylight by then? I can't remember...

I have an incedent that I have discused with Cold... (let's see if he recalls it.)
I was wandering the streets going about the usual (looking at glyphs or killing patrols) and I noticed something strange. After you complete a mission, most of D05 closes and becomes a black area (nothing new). What I did notice was an engineer just floating outside the now locked door. Just floating... doing nothing, like it's AI stopped functioning. It didn't register the "scary" weapons or being hit. It still made noises for the situation (getting hurt and the like).

I never had a chance to save the vid... A real shame.
