Part three posted as well as some minor edits.  Tightened up some prose.  Promoted the ONI from "Agent" to "Major."  Renamed some characters slightly.

Part three uses the Booster Frame from the Legends episode "The Package." If you didn't get a chance to see it, it looks like a motorcycle had a baby with an X-wing.

Feel free to post critiques or where you think this story is going.  And sorry it took so long for part three to come along.

Here is an idea from the big forum.  Adding each part together between the decimals yields.
5+5=10
6+9+9+2=26
3+8+4+0=15

So some speculated about the date October 26, 2015.  It doesn't look like anybody set their XBoxes to that date to test it out though.  Perhaps setting to that date and taking a peek at the magic wall or squidhenge might yield something.

Okay, so two j banners in the henge and only two plinths at a time.  Let's look at those Plinths and see if there's any marking on them that might associate them with the banners.  If there is a connection we could get the correct plinths into the henge and see....

Okay Brains.  The challenge for this week is to focus the overwhelming might of our collective mental computing power on the mystery of the Ubiquitous Number.  The thread for this has started here.

I want our ideas on what this could mean, decode to.  Is this a date?  A phone number?  Coordinates?  No idea is too menial, nor too large.  None too serious nor too ridiculous.

Alright Sweethearts, you heard the man and you know the drill...we ain't getting paid by the hour so let's Shag It!

Great idea Enigma and well done CG.  Seriously impressed over here.  Excellent. 

The J Banners have resisted yet another attempt.  Gherjsz-it!

I wonder if it isn't time to try brute force cryptography.  I mean if there is a column to letter ratio we could see which patterns repeat most often and try to map them to the most often occurring English letters - ESTONIA-R.  I am super busy this weekend, but if I get some time I will try to map this out and show my work, following ColdGlider's sterling example here.   :)

Edit:  Let's not toss out Braille hastily. Remember the J looks like an upside down seven.  Tomorrow I will try to recreate ColdGlider's Braille work for the upside down version as well as forward and backward like we did with the binary attempts.  Of course this will be between trying ideas on the Ubiquitous Number, of course...

This morning it occurred to me that the J banners may be part of a citywide sanitation system.  The Oliphaunts that Jotun Heavy Industries manufacture seem to be unmanned in Sadie's story.  Perhaps the dot code banners are there for them to scan, like checkpoints on their circuit of the city.  A way to test this would be to map out which codes are in which locations and see if they are just Jotun code for the different Districts.

Just trying to get a sense of which mystery we feel most compelling.

We all have our pet projects, and I wouldn't dream of asking to set those aside, but how would Task Force 7 feel about lending some neurons toward a single project for a set amount of time.  The spike in computing power could yield faster results.

Part 2 posted.  It's a bigun because I had a lot of driving time and not much access to computers.  I typed it all in one sitting in a 1300 word spree. Just a warning, there's a little blood and guts type stuff in this one. A bigger warning, you get more Spartan humor as well. Actually the two are kinda the same thing.

Is there a way to get Buck or Dare near the Squidhenge?  Theirs are the only "Lips that would kiss" I can think of in-game.
