What else has changed?

I noticed while playing Campaign Co-op, that The AI commented on a Lieutenant colonels armor, saying "Nice armor Lt." (no skulls were on) Now I am wondering if anything else might change based on your rank. Since Lt. Colonel grade 3 is the current highest rank and there is a achievement attached to it, maybe something CHANGES?

Being called Lt. doesn't depend on your rank. Sorry.

This is correct. I'm a warrant officer and I hear lieutenant all the time.

Yep, 'nigma, Noble six is a Lieutenant.  I recommend listening to the comm chatter, cuz it really helps understand the story.  I found that out on ODST, when you play as Dutch and the captain (I think that was his rank) dies in Uplift Reserve.
