Donno about either of these, but the answer to clue 1 on that site is "On the box game halo three!", seems like some fan-game or something...
Donno what Moto Milango has to do with ODST at all though...

It seems like an inexpert ARG launch, or simple puzzle sight.  We've seen this kind of distraction before in the binary personal messages.
