I do not think Bungie intended on this being linked. Proof, you demand? Well, the star chart that the designer was making was stopped, and put on a loop. Obviously Bungie noticed people were spying on him and didnt want him to continue with them watching. So they put on a loop, while he still works. I think the ARG is intended to be released on August 24, which, in fact, is my Birthday. Perfect Present.
